There are several universally accepted theories on assessing an individual’s Interest, Aptitude, Personality and Motivation assessments as well as there are theories to provide insight to an individual on his/her career orientation so as to choose a career that can keep them interested and motivated. These methodologies are further fine tuned by a panel of Career Counsellors, Psychologists and Research team so as to suit the Global Standards.
A beautiful blend of the two methodologies form the heart of Prajna Bharat’s AI capability. The assessment report is comprehensive, at the same time simple and easy to be understood, equally by a 6th standard or a 12th standard student and take actions accordingly.
It is a lifetime opportunity for each student to interact with some of the leading career consultants, academicians and successful icons.
